I made this dish tonight trying to prove the point that you can still have your guilty pleasure and not pay the price for eating it. I used Honeysuckle Premium Italian ground turkey and whole wheat no yoke egg noodles. Tossed with a made from scratch marinara sauce with fresh organic carrots, celery, white onions, garlic, fresh herbs and shredded Parmesan cheese.
