Summer Dinner in Oregon Finally......

1 Tbsp thyme 1 Tbsp basil 1 fresh squeezed lemon 1 Tbsp smokey paprika 3 minced garlic cloves 1 quart of water 1 Tbsp brown mustard or dried mustard 1 Tbsp apple vinegar 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup sea salt
Mix ingredients in water let chicken or game hen soak for at least 6 hours or over night for best results. Must be kept refrigerated.
I prefer to cook on the BBQ. If not in a cast iron pan in the oven at 400 degrees for 30-35 mins. Check to make sure protein is fully cook with thermometer at 165 degrees.
The potatoes are baby whites cut in half,with white onion,fresh herbs roasted in the oven at 375-400 degrees your choice for 15-25 mins
The field green salad can be bought at your local supermarket. Vegetables of your choice.
