Saveur Magazine Write Up....Way Back When
Here is one of my Saveur Magazine write ups from my time at Nick's Italian Cafe. I really enjoyed my time working for Nick, who had a passion for food and wine and just loved the business. He has since passed the restaurant on to his daughter Carmen, who is the Chef owner now. If you are ever in McMinnville, Oregon you should give them a try.
